The outstanding fact is that Dr Anders B Johansson owes me US$2990 and has avoided payment since March 7th 2004. I deposited the money into his bank account in October & November 2003. It is now July 19th 2004.

Question 1
Did Anders B Johansson & Lillian Johansson lie?
1) Replies from metatron group members in writing inform me quite clearly that there was NO car accident.

2) The Mexico tour group was to meet at the Holiday Inn, Zocalo, Mexico City for dinner on the night of March 7th, but there was never a booking made under the name of Anders B Johanson / Metatron / Argon Narvis. There was allegedly 16 members of this tour but no reservation made, for dinner or for accomodation. I was at the Holiday Inn, Zocalo, Mexico City on March 7th and the staff thoroughly searched their database and reservations books for me in both reception and the restaurant. They even showed me the reservations book in the restaurant.

3) On March 26th Lillian Johanson replied to my email, informing me that "ANDERS I STILL UNDER RECOVERY AND THE OTHER TRAVELERS AS WELL OFF WORK FOR A MONTH I AM SENDING EMAILS AND OFFICE WORK IS DONE BY STAFF AS WELL DURIN ARPIL AND MAY ANDERS HAS CNCELLED ALL TOURS TO AUGUST 2004 HES NOT DOINGANY MORE WORK BEFORE JULY RECOVERY FIRST AND WE ARE SENDING PEOPLE BY THEM SELFS OR WITH OTHER GROUPS .NO CONDULATIONS OR ANY WORK AT ALL .BEFORE JUNE"

4) Within 20 days of that email, on www.metatron.se the Johansons made an announcement that "The company does not do tours any more and is relocating abroad, closing in sweden from April 15th 2004".

Why is it that Lillian neglected to tell me of this when she emailed me on March 26th? Surely it took more than 20 days of forethought for them to decide to close offices in Sweden and relocate to India - also, www.argonnavisindia.com was created & registered in India, on 12th February 2004 - see http://www.whois.sc/argonnavisindia.com.

5) Anders usual email address of met@algonet.se failed when I emailed him 4th June. In his email June 11th Anders stated that "no email since may 1st when telenor the companu server had virius". Well, Anders sent a group email on May 8th from met@algonet.se.....

Furthermore, that email address still does not work, and has not worked ever since - I have intermittently CC'd emails to that address. I suggest that the account had been closed, particularly given that the mail delivery system auto-reply stated that ":

<met@algonet.se> User unknown".

Why did Anders blame a virus when clearly he no longer uses that email address? Afterall, the website announcement did state that they were closing offices in Sweden April 15th, and he had afterall forwarded his new contact details in a group email that included me.

Why didn't Anders simply say "yes, that email account is closed and I did email you my new contact details on May 8th" - to which I would have replied that I didn't read it because I can't read Swedish. I am inclined to think it was sent to me by accident, particularly as on all previous occasions I received both a Swedish and English copy.

6) Anders emailed me on June 14th stating "GIVE DISCLAIMER ON THE NET TO THOSE YOU SENT EMAIL TO ON YOUR MATTER BY SAYING IT WAS MISSATKE BY VIRUS". Another virus Anders? Please!

7) Anders emailed me on June 24th stating "you have to do the dislaimer first on the net only then can we negotiate the rest...3days"....leading me to believe he would 'negotiate' repayment after I did the disclaimer - but then he ignored my emails for the next 18 days (almost 3 weeks!)

Question 2
How long had they been planning their move to India?
1) The website www.argonnavisindia.com was registered on 12th February 2004, under NBC (Organisation Name) in India (Organisation Address) - http://www.whois.sc/argonnavisindia.com

2) There are no lectures advertised on www.metatron.se for the month of July 2004, however lectures were otherwise planned for every month March to September inclusive. Was this list planned early in the year, before March? Or did Anders delete the July lectures later on? I suggest this list was planned before March, because surely if Anders was organised enough to delete the July lectures after his alleged car accident, he would also have deleted the lectures advertised for March, April, May and June 2004 when he was allegedly recovering from injuries.

Question 3
Is anyone else owed money? Lillian M Johansson states in her email 7th March that there were "16 people all together" to arrange refunds for.
There are 4 possible answers:-
1) I am the only person out of 16 that has not been refunded US$2990
2) There are a few or several people still waiting to be refunded.
3) No one has been refunded the total of US$47,840
4) The statement that there were "16 people all together" was a lie, and I was the only person dumb enough to pay for this tour.

Question 4
Why haven't I been refunded my money in the past 4.5 months?
There are 4 possible answers:-
1) disorganisation
2) disrespect for my multiple requests to urgently refund my money
3) my money has been misappropriated it for their own use. For example, to fund their relocation costs to India, or to fund travels to other countries to give lectures, etc.
4) bad credit rating, can't even borrow the money short term
5) they don't want to refund my money

Question 5
Has Anders made any effort whatsoever in the past 5 months to initiate contact with me to arrange my refund? No.

Has Anders made any effort whatsoever to propose a plan for repayment? No, except for June 14th when he put forward a proposal to repay me commencing June 19th, provided I sent that 'disclaimer' retracting my letter requesting help. June 19th came and went, and since I sent the disclaimer on June 26th he completely ignored my emails - until I re-emailed everyone and retracted my disclaimer July 18th.

Why is this so?..........

Is it that Anders is unreliable, ambiguous, and lacking initiative to institute a repayment plan, or has he been deliberately and intentionally avoiding repayment?
There are 5 possible answers:-
1) typical overloaded academic and consequently disorganised
2) deliberately and intentionally avoiding me
3) disrespectful of my urgent need for the money and too lazy to reply promptly
4) all of the above

Question 6
Why is it that on the website www.metatron.se several international lectures were also scheduled to run in Europe, in March 2004 at exactly the same time as the Mexico Tour?
There are 3 possible answers:-
1) overloaded academic, consequently websites are disorganised
2) keeping options open to decide which lecture or tour to run depending on how many participants enrol.
3) collecting money pre-paid in advance for both (double dipping).

Question 7
Did I give Anders sufficient notice of the action I would take if he did not repay me?

June 14th I quite clearly informed Anders of the action I would take.
June 24th Anders again insisted I send a disclaimer
June 26th I sent the disclaimer , and notified Anders that I would re-send an email to everyone if he failed to refund me
No refund in the bank, and no reply from Anders
July 4th  I emailed Anders again
No refund in the bank, and no reply from Anders
July 18th  I emailed everyone and retracted the disclaimer.
July 18th  Finally Anders contacted me advising me he has involved his lawyers.

Question 8

Does Anders intend to run Tours from India?

On the Swedish website the announcement stated "The company does not do tours any more and is relocating abroad, closing in sweden from April 15th 2004", however on the new India website (www.argonnavisindia.com) that commenced February, all tours previously on the Swedish website (www.metatron.se) were listed with dates updated to reflect that these tours will be available throughout the rest of 2004 and also during 2005 (eg the Mexico tour that was cancelled was re-advertised for 2005). It is important to note that the tour dates are for 2004 and 2005, and include the Mexico Tour that I had booked originally for 2004. Since canceling that tour in March 2004 and despite the company announcement in April 2004, Anders has since then changed the date for the Mexico Tour and for other tours to 2005!! This all strongly suggests that he fully intends to commence tour operations – but from India instead of Sweden, I expect under the new business name of Argon Navis India or NBC Press. 

Additionally, on www.argonnavisindia.com under the webpage ‘’Sirius Mystery’’ he currently advertises:

Furthermore, recently the website has been terminated but re-opened under the new domain name www.metatronmandala.com - the website format is identical and the content essentially unchanged, however importantly the announcement that ‘’The company does not do tours anymore and is relocating abroad, closing in Sweden from April 2004’’ has been removed. An earlier version of the same Esoteric Tours (2001) can be viewed instead – for now. Various updates about lectures and contact details have been made throughout the website pages. 

Is it likely that simply advertising out-of-date tour information will generate enquiries that give Anders the opportunity to tell them about up and coming (but non-existent) tours whenever he needs some extra cash to fund his next travel to …Egypt, or China, or….. ?

Irrespective, on argonnavisindia.com, if you register for a seminar etc, the order from that you complete includes a list of pilgrimage tours that you can select and pay for also. www.argonnavisindia.com was only registered in February 2004, less than 2 months before the announcement on the swedish website.
